Nike, the rain princess, arrives in the Sun Kingdom for her marriage to the Sun King. Complications arise, however, when her things are stolen and she cannot reach the palace.
E2 | The Rain Princess
Having just discovered that Livius is only a child, Nike's shock is only exacerbated when he orders her to bring forth rain for his entertainment.
E3 | Chancellor's Declaration
In order to present Nike as Livius' bride, a grand party is held in honor of her marriage to the Sun King.
E4 | Ring of Tales ~ Part 1
The Priesthood, wary of foreigners like Nike, will not sanction her and Livius' marriage until she is proven worthy. Thus the "Rite of Illumination" begins.
E5 | Ring of Tales ~ Part 2
Nike enters the cave in order to undertake the Rite of Illumination, but must run for her life after a sudden betrayal.

Luna, a childhood friend of Livius, comes to visit, and a competitive fervor flares up over Livius' affections.

Livius' uncle, Bard, returns to the kingdom without any notice. All manner of complications arise when he begins to target Nike with his flirtatious behavior.

Hoping to bring uncle and nephew back together, Nike hatches a plan for reconciliation between Livius and Bard.

Nike receives word from the Principality of Rain that her grandmother has collapsed, leading to an internal struggle between her familial bonds and her marital obligations.

Upon returning to her homeland, Nike discovers that the situation is quite different than what she expected.

Separated, Nike and Livius both grow increasingly desperate, anticipating a reunion with one another.
