Shirogane realizes that one of the paintings during the art club looks like a Kokuchi. Momiji, the artist, agrees to answer the team’s questions if Akira models for him.

Despite his natural talent for sports, Akira has absolutely no interest in getting involved. That is, until Aya threatens to expose a past secret to enlist his help.

Kengo’s unusual comments make the others wonder if he’s going on a date. With Shirogane away, the group decides to follow Kengo to confirm their suspicions.

A vacation on Hatoko Island will have to wait. Mysterious events link back to Haru’s grandfather. If that was enough, Mayu reveals she knows what the group’s been doing.

The daughter of a prominent family dismisses her butler. Hikojuro requests that the gang apply for the job and totally fail so that she will hire him back.

Andrew, an old friend of Kou, pays a visit to Japan. It just so happens that he’s the prince of a European country and Kou wishes to have him experience life as a commoner.
E22 | BETRAYED SHADOW
Shirogane’s seals fail, and now Kokuchi swarm the city. Overwhelmed, the gang makes a tactical retreat. How can they reseal the darkness and save the city?

Tragedy befell the gang, but there is no time to mourn. The Kokuchi are still out there, and the survivors must find a way to stop them once and for all.

The final confrontation is finally at hand. Can Akira stop the darkness from overwhelming everything?
